Winner Club Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Guidelines for Malaysia

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings as defined below:

• "Winner Club" – refers to the online casino and Sports Betting platform operating under the domain winnerclub.ws, including all services offered therein.
• "Member" / "User" – any individual who has registered for or accessed the Winner Club platform.
• "Account" – the account registered by a Member on the Winner Club platform, containing personal information, fund balance, and betting records.
• "Funds" – funds held in MYR (RM) within a Member's Account for the purposes of wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus" – any credit, free cash, free spins, or promotional incentive granted by Winner Club to a Member.
• "Wagering Requirement" – the minimum wagering requirement that must be met before a bonus can be converted into withdrawable funds.
• "RNG" – Random Number Generator, a system used in games to produce random outcomes, ensuring results that are fair and unpredictable.
• "Services" – all games, Sports Betting, Live Casino, virtual sports, and other features available on the Winner Club platform.

Your continued use of the Winner Club platform constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Such acceptance is deemed to occur when you:

• Checking the "I Agree to the Terms & Conditions" box during Winner Club account registration;
• Making your first deposit into your Winner Club account;
• Placing your first bet on any game or sports event on the Winner Club platform; or
• Accessing any part of the Winner Club platform after these terms have been updated, without submitting a written objection.

To register and use the Winner Club platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old. Winner Club takes its responsibility toward child and youth protection seriously and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• Nationality / Residency: Winner Club's services are intended for Malaysian residents. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform complies with the laws applicable in your place of residence.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who have been declared bankrupt or are currently undergoing bankruptcy proceedings are not eligible to use the Winner Club platform.
• Non-Staff: Winner Club staff, their immediate family members, and any individuals involved in Winner Club's operations are not permitted to register as Members.
• One Account Only: Each individual is permitted to hold only one Winner Club account. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in all associated accounts being frozen and any funds therein being forfeited.

Winner Club account registration is free of charge. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete:

• Full name as stated on your MyKad or valid identification document.
• An active Malaysian mobile number capable of receiving SMS for OTP verification.
• A valid and active email address.
• A strong password (minimum 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers).

You are solely responsible for keeping your Winner Club account login credentials confidential. Please notify the Winner Club support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. Winner Club will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence.

Winner Club reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documents at any time, including a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or proof of address. Failure to submit the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.

Winner Club accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods only:

All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the Winner Club Member. Third-party deposits are not accepted; if detected, the funds will be returned and the account may be subject to investigation.

Winner Club is committed to processing withdrawals promptly and efficiently. The following withdrawal terms and procedures apply:

• Minimum Withdrawal: RM50 per withdrawal transaction.
• Standard Maximum Withdrawal: RM10,000 per day for regular members. This limit may be increased for VIP members.
• Processing Time: Withdrawals to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost) are processed within 5–15 minutes. Withdrawals to bank accounts via FPX take between 15 minutes and 1 hour, depending on the bank's operating hours.
• Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by Winner Club.
• Bonus Withdrawal: Funds derived from bonuses may only be withdrawn once the wagering requirement has been met in full. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in its respective bonus terms.

Winner Club reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals that exceed a certain amount or first-time withdrawals from a new account. This is a security measure to protect Members' interests and prevent fraud.

Winner Club offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion's terms:

• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each Member is entitled to each bonus or promotion once only, unless it is a recurring promotion that is clearly stated as such.
• Wagering Requirement: Every bonus is subject to wagering requirements. For example, a 100% deposit bonus of RM200 with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place total bets of RM6,000 (RM200 × 30) before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Validity Period: Bonuses and wagering requirements must be completed within the stated period, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of credit. Any bonus left unused within the stipulated period will expire automatically.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement. Table games such as baccarat and roulette may only contribute 10–20%. A full contribution list is available on the Winner Club promotions page.
• Betting Limit While Bonus Is Active: While the wagering requirement is still active, the maximum bet per round or per game is RM200, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus Abuse Policy: Any attempt to abuse the Winner Club bonus system through coordination, hedging, or any other method that manipulates the terms will result in the cancellation of all related bonuses and winnings, and may lead to account closure.

All games available on the Winner Club platform – including Live Casino (live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo), slots, and table games – are subject to the following rules:

• All game outcomes generated by RNG or a live dealer are final and cannot be disputed once a round has concluded, unless a verifiable technical error occurred.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active round, Winner Club will make its determination based on recorded system data. Winner Club's decision in such matters is final.
• Any activity deemed fraudulent, use of automated software (bots), or exploitation of system bugs is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
• Winner Club reserves the right to restrict or block access to any game for specific Members for risk control or security reasons.

Winner Club's Sports Betting section covers matches from the Malaysia Super League, EPL, international cricket, BWF badminton, e-sports, virtual sports, and more. The following rules apply:

• Odds: All odds displayed are in decimal format. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Confirmed bets are not affected by any odds changes made after confirmation.
• Voided Bets: Winner Club reserves the right to void any bet placed based on an obvious error in odds, insider information, or an event that had already concluded before the bet was registered.
• Postponed or Cancelled Matches: If a match is postponed by more than 72 hours from its original scheduled time, bets will generally be voided and stakes refunded. Exceptions may apply to bets that have already been partially settled.
• Final Results: Winner Club uses recognised sports news sources as the official reference for match results. Results declared by the relevant sports governing body shall be the ones that apply.
• Accumulator / Parlay Bets: All selections in an accumulator bet must win for the bet to pay out. Should any one match be cancelled, the accumulator is recalculated excluding that cancelled selection.

Winner Club reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any Member under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision within these Winner Club Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence or suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Multiple accounts held by the same individual.
• Failure to submit requested KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Account closure requested at the Member's own initiative.
• Self-exclusion at the Member's request as a responsible gambling tool.

At a Member's own request, a Winner Club account may be closed at any time via account settings or by contacting customer support. Eligible funds will be returned upon completion of the review process.

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Winner Club shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of wagering activity on the Winner Club platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond Winner Club's control, such as internet outages, power failures, or force majeure events.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the Winner Club platform.
• Data damage or loss occurring on your device as a result of accessing the Winner Club platform.

Winner Club makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, viruses, or errors. We do our best to ensure continuous operation, but cannot guarantee 100% platform availability at all times.

Winner Club reserves the right to amend, update, or add to any section of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. In the case of material changes, Winner Club will notify Members via:

• A pop-up notification upon logging in to your Winner Club account;
• Email to the address registered on your account; or
• Update the date at the top of this document.

Continued use of the Winner Club platform after any amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the Member's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest Winner Club terms.
